What A2Znotes is

A2Znotes is a listing and matching platform for study materials — school-board and competitive-exam notes, test series, and related content. For catalog listings, we facilitate the purchase and provide instant digital delivery. For the buy/sell request board and physical-copy orders, we act only as an introduction service — the actual sale, payment, and delivery are arranged directly between buyer and seller. A2Znotes is not a party to those transactions and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or delivery of material exchanged through the request board.

Accounts

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password secure.
• One account per person. Don't share your login with others.
• We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms, submits infringing material, or is used fraudulently.

Selling on A2Znotes

By submitting a listing or a sell request, you confirm that you either created the material yourself, are authorised by the coaching institute/publisher to distribute it, or have explicit permission from the copyright holder — and that you take full legal responsibility for the originality, accuracy, and legality of what you list. Every submission goes through admin review before it appears in the public catalog. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that appears to infringe copyright or violate these terms.

Buying on A2Znotes

• Catalog purchases are paid for through Razorpay (or the UPI fallback on our Pay Now page) and unlock instantly for digital items.
• Buy requests and physical-copy orders are matched manually — pricing, delivery, and payment for those are agreed directly with the seller, typically over WhatsApp.
• See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what to do if something goes wrong.

Prohibited conduct

Don't upload or request material that infringes someone else's copyright, upload malicious files, misuse the request board to spam sellers/buyers, or attempt to circumvent payment to the platform for a catalog listing (e.g. arranging an off-platform sale for material that's meant to be sold through checkout).

Limitation of liability

A2Znotes provides the platform "as is". We're not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers arising from the request board, for the accuracy or quality of material listed by third-party sellers, or for delays/issues in physical delivery arranged directly between buyer and seller.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of A2Znotes after a change means you accept the updated terms.
